§ 113.09 REPORTS TO BE FILED WITH POLICE CHIEF.
   (A)   Every private investigation agency licensee shall immediately submit to the Police Chief in writing the names of all persons in its employ, and thereafter the names of all persons hired or discharged.
   (B)   Licensees shall report all police action taken, except routine patrol duty, to the Police Chief within 12 hours and shall report as soon as practicable to the Police Chief all property found or recovered.
   (C)   Licensees shall report all knowledge or information of any crime to the Police Department.
