§ 113.08 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The Safety-Service Director is authorized to suspend or revoke any license granted hereunder and to refuse to grant or renew any license to any person, by reason of the violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person adversely affected by any act of the Safety-Service Director under this section shall have the right of appeal.
