§ 112.09 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION WITHIN CITY PARK.

(A) No person shall use, drink, sell, consume, or have in his possession any beer or intoxicating liquor while using or being within the area known as the Cambridge City Park.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
