§ 111.52 INDOOR THEATER FEES.

The fee for each indoor theater license shall be the sum of $25 per year. In addition, each indoor theater receiving a license shall pay the sum of $.05 per seat per year. This license fee shall not be applied to indoor theaters operated by a nonprofit corporation.
