§ 111.30 LICENSE ISSUANCE, TERM, AND DISPLAY.
   Every applicant for an exhibitor's license shall file an affidavit with the City Auditor, prior to receiving such license, stating the number of machines intended to be exhibited together with the affidavit as to good moral character required by § 111.32. Upon payment of the fees required, the City Auditor shall issue a license which shall contain the name and address of the licensee, the number of the mechanical or electrical amusement devices to be exhibited or amusement arcades to be operated, and the serial number of the license. A licensee desiring to exhibit additional mechanical or electrical amusement devices or operate additional amusement arcades during the license period shall apply for a license to cover the exhibition of such additional mechanical or electrical amusement devices or the operation of such additional amusement arcades in the same manner set forth herein and shall pay the additional fees required by this chapter for the exhibition of any such additional mechanical or electrical amusement devices or the operation of any additional amusement arcades. The type of individual licenses to be issued and the manner of display thereof shall be prescribed by rules and regulations established and adopted by the City Auditor. All licenses for one year shall expire on December 31 of each year, unless sooner revoked by the City Auditor. All amusement arcade licenses issued for a 182-day period or less shall expire at the close of business on the 182nd day after issuance unless sooner revoked by the City Auditor. No license fee shall be charged for mechanical or electrical amusement devices operated solely or directly for the benefit of a charitable, benevolent, or religious institution.
