The license of any person violating any of the terms of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established and adopted by the Mayor, shall be revoked by the Mayor. The Mayor is authorized and empowered to deny, for any reasonable cause, an application for a license. The Mayor shall notify such licensee of any hearing by the Mayor involving the denial or revocation of such license. Such notification shall be by registered mail directed to the last known address of the licensee on file with the City Auditor.
