§ 111.08 MAYOR TO ADOPT RULES.
   The Mayor is authorized and empowered to establish, adopt, and enforce or cause to be enforced such rules and regulations governing the issuance of the licenses required under this chapter as he may deem reasonable and necessary and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
