§ 111.04 LICENSE FEE, TERM, AND EXPIRATION; REGISTRATION STICKER.
   Upon the filing and approval of the application and the payment of an annual license fee of $25, the Mayor shall issue to the applicant a license which shall entitle the licensee to maintain and operate, at the premises mentioned in the application, the mechanical musical instrument described in the application, subject to the terms and conditions of this chapter, all other city ordinances, and the rules which may be adopted by the Mayor. At the time of the issuance of the license, the Mayor shall also issue to the licensee a registration slip or sticker for each mechanical musical instrument described in the application. The license fee shall be an annual license fee and shall expire December 31 of each calendar year.
