§ 101.01 ACTIVITY CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE.
   Premises used or occupied for repeated violations of R.C. § 2907.31 or R.C. § 2907.32, or a substantially similar municipal ordinance, constitute a nuisance subject to abatement pursuant to R.C. Chapter 3767.
