§ 99.21 INTERFERENCE WITH CITY TREE COMMISSION.
   No person shall prevent, delay or interfere with the CTC, or any of its agents, while engaging in and about the planting, cultivation, mulching, pruning, spraying, or removing of any street trees, or trees on private grounds, as authorized by this chapter.
