§ 99.06 EXCLUSIVE CONTROL OF CITY FARM.
   The CTC shall have exclusive control of the care and maintenance of a 99-acre tract of land which is bounded on the north and east by Wills Creek, on the west by the North Eighth Street road, and on the south by Northwood Cemetery. This land is what has commonly been referred to as the city farm.
