§ 99.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET TREES. Includes trees, shrubs, and all other woody vegetation in the area called the "tree lawn."
   TREE LAWN. The property between the sidewalk and the curb.
