§ 97.23 MAXIMUM YEARLY EXPENDITURE.

The amount of money expended by the city for the repair or replacement of sidewalks shall not exceed the sum of $21,000 in the year 1981, and shall not exceed the sum of $15,000 in the year 1982 or any succeeding year.
