§ 97.16 NEW APPLICATION FOR UNCOMPLETED WORK.
   If an application has been approved and deposit made, but work has not been completed as of December 31 of the year in which the application is made, such application and check or money deposited by the applicant shall be returned to the applicant without prejudice to the filing of a new application.
