§ 96.25 DEFINITIONS.
   JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE means any motor vehicle left on private property for more than 72 hours other than in a closed garage, on a public street or other property open to the public for the purpose of vehicular travel; or parked upon or in the right of way of any road or highway, for 48 hours or longer, meeting any of the following requirements:
   (A)   Twenty years or older, and apparently inoperable;
   (B)   Extensively damaged; such damage shall include, but not be limited to any of the following: missing wheel or wheels, tire or tires, motor or transmission;
   (C)   Apparently inoperable;
   (D)   Having a fair market value of $200 or less.
