§ 96.07 OPERATING MODEL AIRPLANES.
   (A)   No person shall operate any power-driven model airplanes within the city except within the Cambridge City Park or upon the airport property. The Mayor is authorized to designate an area within Cambridge City Park to be used for the flying of gasoline-powered model airplanes and is further authorized to do any and all things necessary and incidental to the establishment and policing of the area.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
