§ 96.05 DANGEROUS CONDITIONS; ABATEMENT.
   (A)   The owners of real property in the city shall keep their property free from such dangerous conditions as loose stone, bricks, rock, wood, glass, bottles, and other debris and shall securely cover or fill in all wells or other dangerous holes or pits.
   (B)   The Safety-Service Director or his designate shall have the duty to inspect premises that are believed to be dangerous as set forth in division (A) hereof and shall notify the owners of such premises that he finds to be dangerous to alleviate the dangerous condition within 10 days. In the event that the owners fail to alleviate the dangerous condition after notice as set forth herein, in addition to the criminal penalty hereinafter set forth, the Safety-Service Director shall cause the dangerous condition to be removed and the expense of such removal shall be charged against the property owner.

   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
