§ 93.22 DISPOSITION OF CONTRACT FUNDS.
   All money received by the city on any such contract shall be placed to the credit of the unappropriated general fund, except as otherwise provided by R.C. §§ 505.44 and 717.02.

MOTELS AND MOTOR INNS
§ 93.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   KEEPER. The owner or the local representative of the owner in charge of the management of the motel or motor inn.
   MOTEL or MOTOR INN. A structure having 45 or more sleeping rooms, the majority of which are used for the accommodation of transient guests.

§ 93.31 FIRE WATCHMAN REQUIRED.
   The keeper of every motel or motor inn with 45 or more sleeping rooms shall, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., have at least one competent watchman who shall at least once an hour during such hours, make a tour throughout the motel or motor inn for the purpose of prevention of fire and for the purpose of sounding an alarm to warn the occupants thereof of fire. If such keeper maintains in the hallways, in good working order, a system of warning devices which will sound an audible warning throughout the hallways, the keeper of the motel or motor inn shall not be required to have more than one watchman. Records of all tours made by a watchman shall be made daily, shall be kept on file by the keeper and shall be available for inspection by the Fire Marshal and the Chief of the Fire Department of the city or by persons designated by them.

§ 93.32 ALARM SYSTEMS.
   Every motel and motor inn shall be equipped with an alarm system, which shall be subject to the approval of an inspector, the activation of which shall be made from activation stations located throughout such motel or motor inn. The number and location of such stations shall be determined by such inspector. The alarm systems shall be so installed and maintained that the activation thereof from any station shall cause the warning bells or gongs at that activating station and at all other stations to be sounded simultaneously.

§ 93.33 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.
   Council may prescribe further provisions for the prevention of fires and for the better protection of life in case of fire to be made by the keepers of motels or motor inns within the city.

§ 93.34 FIRE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION.
   The resident manager of a motel or motor inn or such other person as may be in charge of the premises in the absence of the manager shall, as soon as he becomes aware that there is a fire therein, notify the Fire Department of the city and, if such fire threatens to spread to rooms occupied by guests, sound the alarm system provided for in § 93.32.
