§ 93.10 CODE ADOPTED; IDENTITY AND PURPOSE.
   Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. §§ 737.21 and 737.37, the current edition of the Ohio Fire Code, promulgated by the State of Ohio, Division of State Fire Marshall, is hereby adopted by the city and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein. The purpose of the code adopted herein is to minimize the risk of life and property loss from fire and other related hazards. Compliance with the code adopted herein or other approved recognized standards shall be a prima facie evidence of compliance with this intent.
