§ 90.11 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ANIMALS KEPT NEAR DWELLING HOUSES; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   To provide for the safeguarding of the public health, no person, within the city limits, shall maintain or keep any building, kennel, runway, or other place, where three or more dogs, rabbits, or any wild animals are kept or maintained, within 200 feet of any dwelling house.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any regularly licensed veterinary surgeon who may temporarily have dogs, rabbits, or wild animals in his possession or under his control for observation or treatment.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
