(A) Public Parking Areas.

(B) Parking is permitted only during the hours posted and shall be limited to two hours per day per vehicle. No charge shall be made for this parking.
(C) A violation of this schedule shall be punishable by fines as follows:
(1) If paid within 24 hours of the occurrence of the violation, the fine will be at $10.
(2) If paid after 24 hours, but within 30 days of the violation, the fine will be at $20.
(3) If paid after 30 days after the occurrence of the violation, the fine will be up to $50.
