   (A)   Parallel Parking

The street lawn area at 500 Steubenville Avenue abutting Steubenville Avenue

   (B)   The number of parallel parking spaces at the location shall be limited to two. Vehicles shall be permitted to park in the spaces heading eastward only. Enough additional space shall be provided so that any vehicle using the parking space shall be able to freely gain access to the eastbound lane of Steubenville Avenue and shall not back onto Steubenville Avenue.
   (C)   This authorization to use the street lawn area shall terminate at such time as the city's right- of-way is needed for highway improvement.
