(B) All vehicles are limited to only two hours of free parking per any one block area.
(C) It shall be unlawful for the owner of any motor vehicle to cause, permit, or allow any vehicle to be parked in violation of this schedule. It shall also be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to cause, permit, or allow the same to be parked in violation of this schedule.
(D) Each vehicle parking in the free parking zone shall be parked within the lines or markings heretofore or hereafter established to designate parking spaces. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across any such line or marking or to park any vehicle in such a position that the same shall not be entirely within the area so designated by such lines or markings.
(E) If the fine is paid at the Police Department:
(1) Within 24 hours of issuance of ticket, the fine will be set at $10;
(2) If paid within 30 days, the fine will set at $20;
(3) After 30 days, a warrant will be issued.
(F) In addition to the fines hereinbefore set forth, the Police Department shall be authorized to tow away and impound, at the owner's expense, any vehicle in violation of the provisions of this schedule.
