§ 76.14 PARKING IN FIRE LANES.
   (A)   No person shall at any time cause or permit any vehicle to stop, stand, or park a vehicle in or otherwise obstruct a fire lane in any public or private parking lot, driveway, alleyway, lane, or other areaway, designated as a fire lane.
   (B)   Designation of fire lanes is authorized to the Service/Safety Director who shall establish the lanes and see that they are given prominent markings.
   (C)   Whoever violates the provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. In addition the Police Department is authorized to have any vehicle parked in violation of this section towed away and impounded at the owner's expense.
