(A) No person shall park a truck, trailer, tractor, or tractor-trailer on any street in the city between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for any other purpose than loading or unloading; provided, however, that trucks of one-ton capacity or under are exempt from the provisions of this section.
(B) No person shall park a truck, trailer, tractor, or tractor-trailer or unattached trailer on any street in the city for any period of time longer than two hours.
