§ 51.50 OWNER AND LESSEE LIABLE FOR CHARGES.
   The owner of private property which is served by the waterworks system by pipes connected with the system to convey water thereto, shall as well as the lessee of the premises be liable to the city for all water from the system used upon those premises.
