§ 51.03 METERS REQUIRED; CHARGES.

(A) Before water is furnished to any person, a water meter, meeting Utilities Director's approval, shall be installed according to city specifications.

(B) Replacement of nonregistering meters shall be done by the city if the installation is normal (no replumbing is needed) and the owner shall be billed for an outside reader at the current list price.
