(A) A sewer guarantee deposit of $60 shall be charged for the following:
(1) New property owners who have not had service established with the city.
(2) All tenants/renters whether service has been established or not.
(B) Deposit shall be waived under the following conditions:
(C) The sewer guarantee deposit is a non-interest bearing deposit. Property owners' deposits shall be refunded after one year if all bills are paid by the due date. Tenants/ renters/land contractors' deposits shall be held/applied to the final billing. No final bill refunds of less than $1 shall be refunded.
