(A) Where applicable, the city may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the sewage treatment plant's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 403.7.
(B) The Director may elect to adjust Categorical Pretreatment Standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the user's intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR 403.15.
