§ 35.50 PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Employees working less than 40 hours per week shall be classified as part-time.
   (B)   Part-time employees are not eligible for health, dental, life insurance as provided by the city, bereavement leave, vacation time or longevity.
