§ 35.29 DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE OF CERTAIN LABOR MATTERS.

No person employed by the city shall be discharged or in any way discriminated against because he has filed any complaint or instituted or caused to be instituted any proceeding or has testified or is about to testify in any proceeding under or relating to the discrimination clause or labor practices of the city.
