§ 35.18 LONGEVITY PAY.
   Longevity pay shall be paid to all non-union employees as follows:
   (A)   For five years employment, $16 bi-weekly.
   (B)   For ten years employment, $32 bi-weekly.
   (C)   For 15 years employment, $48 bi-weekly.
