(A) Each committee shall organize itself in a manner to provide for a chairperson, a regular meeting day and time, and such other rules as its members feel are necessary to conduct the matters before it. No committee rule shall conflict with city, state or federal law.
(B) Each committee may call special meetings of its committee on the concurrence of any two of its members.
(C) The term of committee assignments selected by Council shall be in effect until otherwise changed by a majority vote of Council.
