§ 94.26  NOTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any fire alarm user to install, modify or repair an alarm system without first notifying the Fire Chief.
   (B)   It shall further be a violation of this subchapter for an alarm user to permit any false alarm as a result of the installation, modification or repair.
