§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined pursuant to § 10.99.
   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
