§ 90.48  AUTHORITY TO REMOVE.
   The Police Department of the Village of Calumet Park is hereby authorized to remove any inoperable motor vehicle, or part thereof which is subject to the provisions of this subchapter, which is not removed by the owner pursuant to the provisions of § 90.47 above.
