(A) The Police Department of the Village of Calumet Park shall send a notice to the registered owner of any inoperable motor vehicle which is subject to the provisions of this subchapter stating that the person is to dispose of any inoperable motor vehicle under his or her control.
(B) The notice shall state that if the owner shall not remove the inoperable motor vehicle within seven days of the date of the notice, the vehicle or parts thereof shall be removed by the Village of Calumet Park.
