§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 50.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined pursuant to § 10.99. Each hour of the day in which a violation occurs shall be construed as a separate violation.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation convicted of any violation of § 50.02 shall be fined pursuant to § 10.99. Each day an offense is committed shall be considered a separate offense.

(D) Any person violating the provisions of § 50.03 shall be subject to a fine for each violation pursuant to § 10.99.
