§ 52.08 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER; EXCEPTION.
   The provisions of this chapter shall govern all work done and materials used in installing and maintaining all plumbing in connection with the sanitary sewerage system of the town, except in emergencies caused by leaking or bursting water pipes.
