(A) Any person who has a contract, agreement, license or permission, oral or written, with or from the town for the use of water furnished by the town, who shall willfully and intentionally withdraw or cause to be withdrawn water and appropriate it to his or her own use or to the use of any other person, for purposes other than those specified, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any person to whom water is furnished by means of a meter, who shall willfully, with intent to cheat and defraud the town, alter or interfere with the meter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall have his or her water service immediately terminated, without notice.
