(A) Water bills not paid by the due date shall be subject to a $10 penalty if paid by the fifth of the following month.
(B) If the bill is not paid by the fifth day of the month, a late charge shall be assessed by the town and the town shall terminate service and remove the meter.
(C) Before water service is reconnected, the bill must be paid in full, to include penalty.
