§ 51.25 GENERAL; COMBINED RATES.
   (A)   Unless otherwise indicated, the fees and charges described in this subchapter shall be in accordance with the schedule established from time to time by the Town Council.
   (B)   There shall be no wholesale rates and no discounts.
   (C)   Water and sewer rates are combined and apply to all customers.
