(A) The town shall run adequate water and sewer lines, where the lines are economically feasible, to the property upon which a mobile home park shall be operated. The owner shall continue the lines throughout the park, in a manner and of sufficient size, as shall be approved by Town Council.
(B) There shall be one meter installed at each mobile home.
