§ 51.03 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS AND READING METERS.
   Employees of the town shall have the right, at all reasonable hours of the day, to have access to water pipes and meters on the premises of the customers for the purpose of examining, repairing, reading, disconnecting, or replacing meters or water lines.
