§ 50.02 COMBINED UTILITY SYSTEM; FISCAL YEAR; OPERATION UNDER TOWN.
   The combined utility system shall be operated on a fiscal year basis commencing on July 1 in each year and ending on June 30 of the following year and shall be operated by the town.
