§ 50.01 COMBINED UTILITY SYSTEM; COMPOSITION.
   The waterworks system and the sewer system, together with all improvements, extensions and betterments thereto, are combined into one system, to be known as the combined utility system of the town, known as the “Town of Calhoun Falls Public Works”.
