§ 52.77 PRIVATE LINE REPAIR.

If any portion of a private service line is discovered to be cracked, broken, misaligned, etc., so as to allow for an overflow of sewage or inflow from rainfall or surface runoff, the owner must immediately have the portion of line repaired.
