§ 52.38 RESPONSIBILITY OF OCCUPANTS AND OWNERS OF PREMISES.
   (A)   Occupants and owners of premises connected to the sewer system shall be held accountable for any abuse of the sewerage system.
   (B)   In all cases where stoppages are caused by abuse of the sewerage system, the property owners shall defray the expenses of remedying the problem.
