(A) All fixtures and work referred to in this chapter shall strictly comply with all provisions of this code and rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
(B) Upon any failure to comply, the Building Inspector shall require the faulty or insufficient work or material to be removed and replaced with the requisite materials, workmanship and labor.
