§ 33.080 FIRES.

   (A)   Assignment:

      (1)   Per engine per hour: $503; and

      (2)   Per truck per hour: $629.

   (B)   Includes:

      (1)   Scene safety;

      (2)   Investigation; and

      (3)   Fire and hazard control.

   (C)   This is the most common “billing level.” This occurs almost every time the Fire Department responds to an incident.

   (D)   A Fire Department has the option to bill each fire as an independent event with custom mitigation rates.

   (E)   Itemized, per person, at various pay levels and for itemized products used.
